Additional Fee Schedule

1. FHA / USDA Appraisal: Add $50 to product pricing

2. Up-charge for Large Homes:

  • a. 4,000′ ‐6,500′ GLA add $50
  • b. 6,500’+ is quote

3. Up-charge for Acreage:

  • a. 2‐5 acres (zone 1 and 2 counties); add $100
  • b. 2-5 acres (zones 3, 4, and 5 counties); no additional upcharge
  • c. 5+ acres (zone 1 and 2 counties); quote
  • d. 5-10 acres (zones 3, 4, and 5 counties); $50 additional upcharge
  • e. 10+ acres (zones 3, 4, and 5 counties); quote

4. Unique/High value properties as follows:

  • a. Unique properties by quote
  • b. $500k ‐$1M pre‐appraisal value estimate add $50
  • c. $1M+ pre‐appraisal value estimate by quote

5. RUSH Assignments: Add $100.00 to product pricing

6. FHA 203k: Add $50 to FHA pricing
